About the role
We are seeking a seasoned Total Rewards & Organization Design Specialist to support our GCC holding company portfolio. The role blends strategic HR design with hands‑on compensation management, serving multiple subsidiaries in fast‑paced construction and infrastructure environments.
Key responsibilities
- Design and review organizational structures across group subsidiaries, including job architectures, role profiles, and reporting lines.
- Lead workforce planning and manpower optimisation initiatives, supporting restructuring and change‑management projects.
- Develop and manage compensation structures, salary bands, grading frameworks, and benefits programmes for all entities.
- Conduct market benchmarking, pay‑equity analyses, and link performance management to rewards and recognition.
Required profile
- 5‑8 years of experience in Total Rewards and/or Organization Design, preferably within GCC holding companies or diversified groups.
- Experience in project‑driven sectors such as construction, engineering, or infrastructure.
- Strong knowledge of job‑evaluation methodologies (e.g., Mercer, Hay/Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson).
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Required skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and compensation modelling tools.
- Workforce analytics capabilities.
- Familiarity with job‑evaluation frameworks (Mercer, Hay/Korn Ferry, Willis Towers Watson).
