Talent Acquisition Officer

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Talent Acquisition Officer to lead recruitment for construction positions across the GCC, with a focus on Qatar and Saudi Arabia. The role involves managing the full hiring cycle for engineers, supervisors, skilled tradespeople and site staff.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes for construction roles, including engineers, supervisors, skilled tradespeople and site staff.
• Source and attract qualified candidates via job boards, social media, referrals and talent databases.
• Collaborate with project managers and department heads to understand manpower needs and timelines.
• Maintain a pipeline of pre‑qualified candidates for critical and recurring construction positions.
• Handle documentation, visa coordination and onboarding requirements for new hires.
• Ensure compliance with local labour laws and company hiring policies throughout the recruitment process.

Required profile

• Minimum 3–5 years of talent acquisition experience in the construction industry.
• Proven track record of successful placements across multiple construction roles and project types.
• Prior GCC experience, preferably with direct Qatar or KSA exposure.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
