Training Manager

About the role

The Training Manager will lead the design, delivery and evaluation of employee training programs to align with Interlink HR Consultancy’s mission and vision. Reporting to senior leadership, the role ensures that learning initiatives support business results across hospitality and customer service functions.

Key responsibilities

• Promote and communicate all training programs to staff, fostering a culture of continuous learning.
• Design, develop and facilitate custom and corporate training covering product knowledge, company philosophy, customer service and leadership skills.
• Conduct needs assessments, monitor enrollment and attendance, and partner with operational leaders to verify skill transfer.
• Observe employee performance, provide feedback, and support training cadres on an ongoing basis.
• Evaluate program effectiveness using attendance data, guest satisfaction metrics, comment cards and other performance indicators.
• Incorporate adult learning principles and measure return on investment for each training initiative.
• Develop training program plans and budgets in collaboration with the leadership team.

Required profile

• Either a 2‑year degree in Human Resources, Hospitality, Business Administration or related field plus 2 years HR‑related experience and trainer certification, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree in the same fields with trainer certification and no prior experience required.
