Training Specialist

About the role

The Training Specialist will coordinate and deliver both in‑house and external learning initiatives, ensuring compliance with ISO 10015 standards and seamless administration through the ERP‑OLM system. Working closely with the Training Admin Assistant and TNA/PTE consultants, you will support employee development, further studies, and continuous improvement of training processes.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit all training paperwork, maintaining accurate records in ERP‑OLM.
• Manage delivery of technical and senior‑level learning events, aligning with stakeholder needs and ISO 10015 requirements.
• Communicate training plans, schedules, and invitations; coordinate feedback with TNA/PTE consultants.
• Oversee logistics for in‑house sessions by liaising with the Contract Training Admin Assistant.
• Confirm and clarify external training requests (LNI’s) and ensure ISO compliance.
• Process employee requests for further studies, advise on approved institutions, and monitor progress.
• Maintain ISO 10015 certification and identify performance improvement opportunities.
• Participate in team meetings, special projects, and any additional duties assigned by the T & D Manager.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and administrative abilities.
• Experience in coordinating training programs and handling documentation.
• Familiarity with ISO 10015 standards and ERP systems.
• Excellent communication skills for stakeholder liaison.
