Vehicle Dispatcher – LDSC Agent

About the role

The Local Delivery Service Centre (LDSC) Agent will coordinate vehicle dispatch operations, ensure high customer satisfaction, and support fleet efficiency for Averda’s waste‑management services in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily dispatch operations and monitor route execution across assigned service zones.
• Act as the primary contact for client inquiries, service requests, and complaints, ensuring all cases are logged, tracked, and closed within SLA.
• Liaise with fleet maintenance and repair teams to minimise vehicle downtime and service disruptions.
• Monitor and report on operational KPIs such as NPS, SLA compliance, and collection completion rates.
• Maintain accurate records on operational systems (Oracle, DMS) and escalate exceptions to the Operations Manager.
• Support continuous‑improvement initiatives to boost client satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in dispatch, fleet management or related customer‑service roles.
• Experience in both B2B and B2C service environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a comparable diploma; Qatar experience advantageous.
• Knowledge of environmental services or waste‑management industry is a plus.
• Excellent communication skills in English, Hindi/Urdu and Arabic.
• Advanced MS Office proficiency.
