Waiter/Waitress – Guest Service Role

About the role

Join a vibrant hotel within the Accor network and become a Heartist® delivering warm, memorable experiences to guests. As a waiter or waitress, you will be the face of the dining area, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and well‑served.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests with enthusiasm and create a welcoming atmosphere.
• Present menus, recommend dishes, and highlight specials.
• Take orders accurately and relay them to kitchen and service teams.
• Serve food and beverages promptly while maintaining professionalism.
• Check on guests regularly, address needs, and resolve concerns positively.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of tables, service stations, and dining areas.
• Support team operations during busy periods, including setup, clearing, and polishing.
• Follow hygiene, safety, and hotel service standards.

Required profile

• Previous experience in fine‑dining or guest‑facing hospitality is a plus.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive, energetic attitude with a polished, professional appearance.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are advantageous.
• Passion for hospitality, teamwork, and delivering memorable experiences.
