Warehouse Coordinator and HSE Officer

About the role

We are seeking a Warehouse Coordinator and HSE Officer to manage daily warehouse operations for 3PL customers while ensuring health, safety and environmental compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main coordination point for assigned 3PL customers, understanding and executing daily warehouse requirements.
• Coordinate inbound receiving, put‑away, stock movement, picking, packing, dispatch, returns and any customer‑specific handling.
• Manage WMS activities including order creation, receiving updates, stock adjustments, picking and dispatch confirmations, and system accuracy checks.
• Prepare and share daily operational, inbound/outbound, handling and stock movement reports.
• Validate handling, storage, value‑added, and transport‑related charges to support billing.
• Monitor service levels, pending orders, stock discrepancies and operational delays, escalating when needed.
• Maintain all warehouse HSE documentation such as inspection records, safety meeting minutes and incident reports.
• Conduct regular HSE inspections, safety observations, PPE compliance checks and emergency readiness checks.
• Organise and participate in HSE meetings, toolbox talks, safety briefings and risk reviews.
• Support incident, near‑miss and hazard reporting, root‑cause analysis and corrective‑action follow‑up.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• More than 2 years of experience in warehouse coordination, preferably in a 3PL environment.
• Practical understanding of warehouse HSE requirements, documentation control and safety inspections.
• HSE‑related certifications (e.g., First Aid, Fire Safety, Chemical Handling Awareness) are a plus.

• Proficiency with Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• First Aid training.
