About the role
The Valet Driver provides safe and courteous transportation for hotel guests, ensuring a smooth arrival and departure experience. Working with the property’s vehicle, the driver supports guest services while maintaining vehicle condition and adhering to safety standards.
Key responsibilities
- Transport guests to and from assigned destinations using the hotel’s vehicle.
- Document each trip before departure and after completion.
- Park the vehicle in designated areas when not in use.
- Inspect the vehicle for damage, cleanliness, tire pressure, fluid levels and refuel as needed.
- Report any maintenance needs, incidents, accidents, or unsafe conditions to management.
- Maintain a professional appearance and uphold confidentiality of company information.
- Welcome guests, assist individuals with disabilities, and respond to service requests.
- Communicate clearly with team members using pagers, two‑way radios, and email.
Required profile
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid driver’s license.
- No prior experience required; on‑the‑job training provided.
