About the role
The Steelworks Department at Qatar Shipyard Technology Solutions is seeking a Work Preparator to support shipyard projects. The role involves preparing detailed steelwork drawings, documentation and coordinating related work activities.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare accurate steelwork drawings using AutoCAD.
- Develop and maintain documentation for steelwork projects.
- Coordinate work activities and ensure alignment with project schedules.
Required profile
- High school diploma or vocational diploma in a relevant trade.
- Minimum 3–4 years of ship repair or shipyard experience.
- Proven AutoCAD experience.
- Ability to interpret and prepare technical drawings.
Required skills
