About the role
The Account Manager will lead enterprise solution sales across the public and private sectors in Qatar, leveraging strong Arabic communication skills to build lasting client relationships and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing and prospective customers, ensuring a strong market presence.
- Conduct market research, analyse competitor data and identify growth opportunities.
- Initiate contact with potential clients, arrange meetings and present tailored solutions.
- Provide accurate sales forecasts and manage the sales pipeline with defined metrics.
- Create and execute strategic and operational plans to meet monthly, quarterly and annual targets.
- Collaborate with sales engineering, customer success, renewals, marketing and product teams to ensure a seamless customer journey.
- Act as a brand ambassador, staying up‑to‑date with industry trends and promoting innovative business strategies.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Sales, Business Administration or a related field.
- 8–10 years of enterprise sales experience, preferably in the public sector and systems‑integration environment.
- Proven track record selling cloud, infrastructure, application development, CRM, SaaS and Microsoft solutions.
- Strong client network with access to key decision‑makers in Qatar.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Arabic and English.
- Currently based in Qatar.
