Account Manager

About the role

Talabat is looking for an Account Manager to own and grow relationships with restaurant and vendor partners across its platform. You will act as the primary point of contact, helping partners optimise their listings, increase sales, and maintain high satisfaction levels.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with restaurant and vendor partners.
• Provide data‑driven consulting by analysing sales, operational and engagement metrics.
• Identify growth opportunities, upsell services and recommend cross‑promotions.
• Support partners in optimising menu content, images, pricing and delivery times.
• Collaborate with internal Marketing, Logistics and Operations teams to resolve issues and execute campaigns.
• Negotiate and renew commercial agreements while ensuring compliance with service‑level standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of experience in Account Management, Sales or Partner Success (food tech, FMCG or e‑commerce a plus).
• Strong analytical mindset with comfort using data dashboards.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑first attitude and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Fluency in Arabic is mandatory.
