About the role
Snoonu is looking for an Account Manager to grow and nurture a portfolio of strategic restaurant partners within its food delivery platform. You will act as the main liaison between partners and internal teams, ensuring alignment with business goals and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Key responsibilities
- Own and manage a portfolio of key accounts in the food delivery vertical.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for partners, aligning their objectives with platform capabilities.
- Collaborate with internal teams across locations to drive account growth and success.
- Lead implementation of new projects and initiatives for assigned accounts.
- Handle partner escalations promptly to maintain high satisfaction levels.
- Provide onboarding, training, and ongoing support for new partners.
- Develop and execute joint marketing and promotional plans.
- Monitor performance through dashboards and data reports, identifying trends and opportunities.
- Assist with day‑to‑day troubleshooting and problem solving.
Required profile
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, FMCG, or related sectors.
- Proven track record in commercial, client‑facing, or account management roles.
- Strong analytical ability to interpret data for decision‑making.
- Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics or a related field; Master’s degree is a plus.
Required skills
- Familiarity with Salesforce or similar CRM tools.
