Accountability Manager – Munitions Logistics

About the role

The Accountability Manager joins the Project Management Group to serve as the primary staff proponent for munitions accountability across the GPMS contract. This senior position ensures compliance with USAF standards, the Performance Work Statement, and ISO 9001 quality requirements while supporting both peacetime and combat operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the Munitions Stock Record Accounts and ensure all transactions are processed into TICMS with auditable records.
• Conduct audit visits, semi‑annual inventories, and analyze accountable records to maintain accurate munitions data.
• Develop and maintain monthly metrics, coordinate contract reports, and oversee the Regional Ammunition Control Point.
• Support the Munitions Functional Manager, lead special projects, and act as the focal point for all accountability matters.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent and a valid home‑country driver’s license.
• Minimum eight years of military munitions experience, including at least five years in munitions operations and two years supervising.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a US Secret clearance (US citizenship required).
• Physical capability to lift/push/pull at least 50 lb and wear required PPE.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of USAF (or equivalent) management, logistics and maintenance systems.
• Intermediate knowledge of USAF supply and technical order systems.
• Proficiency with Windows operating system and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Experience with TICMS/MC2 munitions accountability software.
