Accounts & Operations Executive

About the role

A full-time Accounts & Operations Executive position based in Doha, Qatar, for a fresh graduate with no experience. The role manages accounting, financial reporting, inventory management and invoicing to keep daily operations running smoothly, while supporting management with financial insights, reporting and operational coordination.

Key responsibilities

• Manage complete accounting functions: profit and loss, income statement, cash flow, balance sheet, and accurate books of account
• Handle accounts payable and accounts receivable, and prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports
• Monitor expenses, support budgeting and cost control, and assist with financial planning and forecasting
• Manage inventory inwards and outwards, track stock movement across warehouse and sales channels, monitor minimum stock levels and coordinate with suppliers for replenishment
• Prepare and process sales and purchase invoices, delivery notes and billing records
• Coordinate internally with sales and operations teams, track supplier payments and purchase orders, and support logistics and delivery documentation

Required profile

• Fresher with no experience
• Knowledge of account and inventory management, accounts payable and receivable, and accounting software

• Advanced MS Excel (pivot tables, dashboards, reports)
• MS Word and MS PowerPoint
• Accounting software such as Tally and QuickBooks
• ERP systems and inventory management systems
