Aftersales Service Engineer

About the role

Join Jaidah Group as an Aftersales Service Engineer, providing on‑site technical support for low‑voltage switchgear systems. You will work directly with customers to ensure equipment reliability and high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Install, commission, test and troubleshoot LV switchgear at customer sites.
• Perform preventive, predictive and corrective maintenance to maximise uptime.
• Diagnose electrical and mechanical faults and implement corrective actions.
• Respond promptly to service requests, breakdowns and emergency call‑outs.
• Prepare technical service reports, inspection records and maintenance recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Experience in installation, commissioning and maintenance of LV switchgear systems.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault‑finding abilities in electrical and mechanical systems.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Willingness to travel to customer sites and handle emergency service requirements.
