AI Engagement Intern

About the role

The AI Engagement Intern will support Mint AI’s strategy and client‑facing teams as they introduce Arabic‑native artificial intelligence solutions to government and enterprise customers across Qatar and the GCC.

Key responsibilities

• Research institutions and sectors, map challenges and draft AI use cases.
• Assist in preparing workshops, demos, proposals and executive briefings in both Arabic and English.
• Build quick prototypes using no‑code and low‑code AI tools to test concepts with clients.
• Take notes, track actions and follow up during client engagements.
• Monitor engagement outcomes and help transform them into case studies and insights.
• Contribute to research and content on AI adoption in Qatar and the GCC.
• Communicate honestly about AI capabilities and limitations, keeping the people served first.

Required profile

• Fluency in written and spoken Arabic, with professional English proficiency.
• Currently enrolled in or recent graduate of a degree in business, public policy, communications, international affairs, data science or a related field.
• Strong research, writing and presentation abilities.
• Genuine interest in AI and hands‑on experience with AI tools.
• Curiosity about government and public‑sector impact.
• Alignment with Mint AI’s values (“the Mintality”) and its social contract.
