Airport Representative

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Airport Representative to be the first point of contact for our guests arriving or departing via the airport. In this role you will ensure a seamless transfer experience between the airport and our hotel, delivering the high‑standard service our brand is known for.

Key responsibilities

• Meet and greet guests at the airport, assist with luggage and arrange transportation.
• Coordinate arrival and departure times with the hotel front office or transportation team.
• Provide accurate and timely pick‑up and drop‑off services, monitoring flight information and communicating any changes.
• Assist guests with check‑in/check‑out procedures when required and answer inquiries about the property and local area.
• Work closely with drivers, travel agents and other service providers to ensure smooth airport transfers.
• Maintain records of guest arrivals, departures and transportation requests.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and report them to management.
• Represent the hotel brand positively at all times.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; a degree in Hospitality Management is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in hospitality, tourism or the airline industry.
• Fluent English; additional languages are an asset.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Knowledge of airport protocols and local transportation services.
