Arabic Speaking Recruiter

About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled Recruiter who is fluent in Arabic (both written and spoken) to join our talent acquisition team. The role focuses on sourcing, screening, and attracting top talent across the GCC, Syria, and other Arab markets using advanced AI tools and proven recruitment platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Utilise AI‑driven sourcing tools, Boolean search techniques, LinkedIn Recruiter, Bayt, and other platforms to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct thorough CV assessments, screening, and shortlisting for a wide range of positions.
• Engage and build relationships with candidates, ensuring a positive candidate experience.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of recruitment trends in Arab countries, especially the GCC and Syria.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in talent acquisition, with a strong focus on sourcing.
• Native or fluent Arabic speaker (written and spoken) – mandatory.
• Proven experience recruiting across multiple Arab countries, preferably the GCC and Syria.

Required skills

• Advanced Boolean search techniques.
• Proficiency with LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Experience using Bayt for candidate sourcing.
• Familiarity with AI‑based sourcing tools.
