Arabic‑Speaking Telecaller (Outbound & Inbound)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Telecaller to join our customer‑facing team. You will be responsible for both outbound prospecting and inbound support, helping customers understand our technology solutions and generating qualified leads.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to prospective and existing customers to promote products and services.
• Handle inbound customer inquiries, providing accurate and timely information.
• Generate and qualify leads through telephone conversations.
• Explain product features, benefits, and pricing clearly to customers.
• Follow up with potential customers and maintain regular communication.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic (speaking and listening) – mandatory.
• Strong verbal communication skills in English.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and maintain professionalism.
• Customer‑oriented attitude with a focus on delivering accurate information.
