About the role
Candidzone is looking for an experienced Architectural Inspector to join a consultancy project in Qatar, ensuring that construction works meet approved designs and standards.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct architectural inspections at the project site and monitor construction activities for compliance with drawings and specifications.
- Review architectural works, materials, workmanship, shop drawings and technical submissions, and report quality issues and deviations.
- Coordinate with consultants, contractors and project teams, maintain inspection records and prepare site reports.
Required profile
- BSc in Architecture or Architectural Engineering.
- Minimum 7 years of relevant experience, including proven consultancy experience.
- Strong experience in architectural inspection and construction projects.
Required skills
- Good knowledge of architectural drawings, specifications and construction standards.
- Strong communication and coordination abilities.
