Area Supervisor

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Area Supervisor to manage the day‑to‑day operations of several premium fragrance retail outlets across Qatar. The role involves driving sales, ensuring exceptional customer service, and maintaining brand standards while leading store teams to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support operations of multiple fragrance retail outlets across assigned locations.
• Monitor sales performance and implement strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
• Lead, motivate, and develop store teams to ensure high productivity and employee engagement.
• Maintain excellent visual merchandising and brand presentation standards.
• Deliver a luxury shopping experience and handle customer concerns promptly.
• Conduct regular store visits, audits, and performance reviews.
• Monitor inventory levels, coordinate with relevant departments to avoid shortages or overstocking.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, operational procedures, and health & safety standards.
• Prepare and submit sales reports, operational updates, and performance analysis to management.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of retail staff when required.
• Coordinate promotional activities and product launches with marketing and retail teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant qualification preferred.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in retail operations or area supervision, preferably in fragrance, beauty, fashion, or luxury retail.
• Strong leadership, team management, and communication skills.
• Proven ability to drive sales and achieve targets.
• Excellent organizational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Arabic speaking is mandatory; fluency in English required.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Experience with retail reporting systems.
