Assistant Chef – Line Cook in Fast‑Paced Trampoline Park

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Assistant Chef / Line Cook to support our kitchen in a fast‑paced trampoline park. You will help prepare and cook a multi‑cuisine menu, ensuring consistency, quality and speed while adhering to hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items across multiple cuisines
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to maintain quality and presentation
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations
• Prepare ingredients, portion, and organize supplies for service
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety
• Assist with stock rotation, inventory checks, and minimizing food waste
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak times
• Help set up and clear down the kitchen before and after shifts

Required profile

• Previous kitchen, line cook, or food prep experience preferred
• Experience with multi‑cuisine food preparation is an advantage
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Physically able to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment
