Assistant Chef – Multi‑cuisine Kitchen

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Assistant Chef to support our kitchen in a fast‑paced trampoline park. You will help prepare and cook a diverse multi‑cuisine menu while maintaining high standards of quality, hygiene and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in preparing and cooking menu items across multiple cuisines such as pasta, pizza, burgers and Arabic dishes.
• Follow recipes and plating instructions to ensure consistent quality and presentation.
• Support the Head Chef in daily kitchen operations, including ingredient preparation and portioning.
• Maintain strict cleanliness, hygiene and food‑safety standards throughout the kitchen.
• Help with stock rotation, inventory checks and minimizing food waste.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service during peak periods and set up/clear down the kitchen before and after shifts.

Required profile

• Previous kitchen, line‑cook or food‑prep experience preferred.
• Experience with multi‑cuisine food preparation is an advantage.
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Physically able to work in a fast‑paced kitchen environment.
