Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager with a strong hospitality background to develop and execute marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive revenue, increase customer engagement, and support the overall business objectives of our hospitality portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for hotels, restaurants, resorts and other hospitality businesses.
• Manage the marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions and brand initiatives across multiple properties.
• Lead digital marketing activities including social media, email marketing, online advertising, SEO and content marketing.
• Coordinate with operations, F&B, sales and commercial teams to align marketing activities with business goals.
• Oversee creation of marketing materials and collaborate with agencies, photographers, videographers and influencers.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer preferences, and report performance metrics to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, hotel, resort, F&B or leisure industry.
• Proven experience managing digital marketing and social media campaigns.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to link marketing activities to revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple properties, brands and campaigns simultaneously.
