Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

The company seeks an experienced Assistant Marketing Manager with a strong hospitality background to develop and execute marketing strategies that boost brand visibility, drive revenue, and increase customer engagement across hotels, restaurants, and resorts.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies for hospitality properties, covering occupancy, footfall, bookings, and F&B revenue.
• Lead digital marketing activities, including social media, email marketing, online advertising, SEO, and content creation.
• Manage the marketing calendar, campaigns, promotions, and brand initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
• Coordinate with operations, sales, and commercial teams to support cross‑functional goals.
• Oversee creation of marketing collateral and collaborate with agencies, influencers, and media partners.
• Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and industry developments to inform strategy.
• Develop and manage marketing budgets, track KPIs, and report performance to senior management.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management or related field.
• 6–8 years of marketing experience, preferably within hospitality, hotel, resort, F&B or leisure sectors.
• Proven track record in digital marketing, social media campaigns, and agency management.
• Strong commercial awareness with ability to link marketing activities to revenue.
• Excellent communication, presentation, analytical and project‑management skills.
