Assistant Restaurant Manager

About the role

The Ned Doha’s exclusive members’ club, Ned’s Club, is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations, lead a high‑performing front‑of‑house team, and ensure every member and guest receives a seamless, personalised experience in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing all aspects of Ned’s Club operations.
• Lead, coach and inspire front‑of‑house staff to consistently deliver exceptional service.
• Build and maintain meaningful relationships with members, ensuring each visit feels personal.
• Maintain the highest standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Handle guest and member feedback professionally and provide effective solutions.
• Collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service flow.
• Assist with staffing, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Contribute to financial and operational targets through commercial awareness.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel, private members’ club or high‑end restaurant.
• Genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team‑development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
