About the role
The Assistant Restaurant Manager will support the Food & Beverage operation at Souq Waqif Boutique Hotel By Tivoli, ensuring high guest satisfaction, safe and sanitary service, and strong team performance. This role works closely with the restaurant manager to uphold brand standards and drive business results.
Key responsibilities
- Promote and maintain guest satisfaction through attentive service.
- Ensure a safe, clean, and sanitary work environment.
- Oversee daily team member relations, training, and empowerment.
- Assist in delivering prompt, courteous service in line with brand and F&B standards.
- Monitor product quality and operational excellence.
Required profile
- College diploma in Hotel Management or a related field.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations.
- Passion for leadership, teamwork, and problem‑solving.
- Strong eye for detail to achieve operational excellence.
Required skills
- Excellent guest service skills.
