Assistant Restaurant Manager – Luxury Club

About the role

The Ned Doha is seeking an experienced Assistant Restaurant Manager to support daily operations of Ned's Club, an upscale private members' club. You will lead a high‑performing front‑of‑house team, ensure seamless, personalized service for members and guests, and collaborate closely with kitchen and bar teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Restaurant Manager in overseeing daily operations of the Italian‑concept restaurant Cecconis.
• Lead, coach and inspire the front‑of‑house team to deliver exceptional service.
• Build meaningful relationships with members, handling feedback with professionalism and solutions‑focused approach.
• Maintain high standards of service, presentation, cleanliness and attention to detail.
• Assist in staffing, training, scheduling and performance management.
• Contribute to financial and operational goals through effective leadership and commercial awareness.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Assistant Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role in a luxury hotel, private members' club or high‑end restaurant.
• Passion for hospitality and creating memorable guest experiences.
• Strong leadership, coaching and team development abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands‑on approach with exceptional attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends and public holidays.
