About the role

The Assistant Server/Busperson supports the Food & Beverage team at Loulou Plage, delivering the high‑standard dining experience expected at Four Seasons Resort and Residences. Working closely with the Food Server, you will help ensure guests enjoy seamless, attentive service in a luxury beachfront setting.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Food Server in serving guests and maintaining a smooth dining flow.
• Clear tables promptly and reset them neatly according to Four Seasons specifications.
• Support guests throughout their meal, responding to requests with professionalism and friendliness.
• Work flexible hours, including weekends, nights and holidays, as required by the operation.

Required profile

• General knowledge of food service operations.
• Strong personal presentation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to uphold Four Seasons standards of quality, professionalism and friendliness.

Required skills

• Basic food service knowledge.
