Assistant Server – Makani Beach Club

About the role

The Server Assistant supports the Food & Beverage team at Makani Beach Club, delivering high-quality, friendly service in line with Four Seasons standards. Working closely with the Food Server, you will help create an enjoyable dining experience for guests.

Key responsibilities

• Clear and reset tables quickly and neatly according to specifications.
• Perform side work such as polishing silverware, refilling condiment containers and maintaining crumb trays.
• Assist the Food Server during service and ensure all guest areas are presented impeccably.

Required profile

• General food knowledge and a strong personal presentation.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and fluency in spoken and written English.
• Degree or diploma in Hotel Management is preferred.
• Outgoing personality with a can-do attitude and willingness to work weekends, nights and holidays.
