Assistant/Associate Professor – Strategy & Marketing

About the role

The College of Business at the University of Doha for Science & Technology seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor to lead teaching and research in Strategy and Strategic Marketing. The role combines curriculum development, classroom delivery and industry engagement to support UDST’s applied‑learning mission.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess undergraduate and graduate courses in Strategy and Strategic Marketing.
• Monitor student progress, manage learning resources and ensure accreditation documentation is up‑to‑date.
• Collaborate with industry partners, serve on advisory committees and coordinate applied research projects.
• Contribute to instructional improvement plans and participate in college‑wide service activities.

Required profile

• PhD in Strategy, Marketing or a closely related discipline from an internationally recognised university.
• For Assistant Professor: minimum 3 years of post‑secondary teaching experience; for Associate Professor: minimum 8 years, together with relevant digital‑marketing industry experience.
• Strong publication record in top‑tier journals and proven supervision of research students.
• Demonstrated leadership in building professional and industry partnerships.

Required skills

• Digital literacy and proficiency with contemporary digital marketing tools.
• Ability to develop and deliver technology‑enhanced learning environments.
