Associate Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Associate Creative Director to lead our Creative Department in Doha. You will oversee the development and delivery of high‑quality creative work across digital, print, video, social, and experiential platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for major projects, campaigns, pitches and client presentations, ensuring high standards across all media.
• Allocate resources, monitor workload, and manage freelancers and external partners to meet scope, timelines and budgets.
• Maintain an effective workflow from briefing through concept development, internal review, client presentation, revisions and production hand‑over.
• Collaborate with Account Management, Strategy, Production, Operations and Technology teams to ensure seamless project delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in a senior creative leadership role such as Creative Group Head; experience as a Creative Director is highly desirable.
• Proven ability to mentor, develop and lead multidisciplinary creative teams.
• Strong commercial awareness with the ability to balance creative ambition against budgets and timelines.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus).
• Strong conceptual, visual storytelling and art‑direction capabilities.
• Excellent presentation, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
