Associate Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking an experienced and highly creative Associate Creative Director to lead our Creative Department, overseeing the development and delivery of high‑quality work across multiple platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Lead creative direction for major projects, campaigns, pitches and client presentations, maintaining high standards across digital, print, video, social and experiential media.
• Mentor, develop and allocate resources for designers, copywriters, art directors and other creative professionals, managing workload, utilization and external partners.
• Establish and maintain effective workflow from briefing through production handover, ensuring clear briefs, timelines and resource requirements.
• Review and approve creative output, present concepts to clients, manage feedback and ensure creative integrity throughout production.
• Identify capability gaps, support recruitment, provide coaching and performance reviews, and contribute to business‑winning tenders and pitches.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Advertising, Graphic Design, Communication Arts, Fine Arts, Marketing or related field.
• 3‑5 years in a senior creative leadership role such as Creative Group Head; experience as a Creative Director is highly desirable.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating multi‑platform campaigns, creative direction and business‑winning work.
• Proven ability to lead, mentor and develop creative teams in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign (After Effects is a plus).
• Excellent conceptual, visual storytelling, art direction and copywriting capabilities.
• Strong project, resource, budget and deadline management skills.
• Effective presentation, communication, negotiation and stakeholder‑management abilities.
