About the role
The Associate Domestic Sales Center will promote QNB's retail banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets for a specific product line while cross‑selling additional banking solutions to meet client needs.
Key responsibilities
- Proactively market retail banking products to increase sales volume and profitability.
- Cross‑sell complementary banking services to expand market share and revenue.
- Visit customers at their offices or residences to present products and collect required documentation.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues within defined turnaround times.
- Provide feedback on product performance and customer experience to management.
- Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in HR and Finance departments of ministries and private companies.
Required profile
- Strong customer‑service orientation with a focus on exceeding expectations.
- Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented with good documentation and record‑keeping habits.
