Associate Domestic Sales Center

About the role

The Associate Domestic Sales Center will promote QNB's retail banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. The role focuses on achieving sales targets for a specific product line while cross‑selling additional banking solutions to meet client needs.

Key responsibilities

• Proactively market retail banking products to increase sales volume and profitability.
• Cross‑sell complementary banking services to expand market share and revenue.
• Visit customers at their offices or residences to present products and collect required documentation.
• Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues within defined turnaround times.
• Provide feedback on product performance and customer experience to management.
• Maintain strong relationships with key contacts in HR and Finance departments of ministries and private companies.

• Ability to work independently and manage a personal sales pipeline.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail‑oriented with good documentation and record‑keeping habits.
