ตำแหน่ง Barista สำหรับร้านกาแฟระดับพรีเมียมในโรงแรม The Ritz-Carlton Doha รับผิดชอบการเปิด-ปิดร้าน ดูแลอุปกรณ์และให้บริการเครื่องดื่มคุณภาพสูงแก่ลูกค้า
ความรับผิดชอบหลัก
- เตรียมและทำเครื่องดื่มกาแฟตามมาตรฐาน รวมถึงการตั้งค่าและทำความสะอาดอุปกรณ์
- รับออเดอร์จากลูกค้า ป้อนข้อมูลในระบบ MICROS และเก็บเงิน
- ดูแลความสะอาดของพื้นที่ทำงาน โต๊ะและอุปกรณ์ตลอดวัน
- ทำงานตามขั้นตอนเปิด-ปิดร้าน เช่น นับเงินและจัดทำรายงานเงินสด
คุณสมบัติที่ต้องการ
- วุฒิการศึกษาระดับมัธยมศึกษาตอนปลายหรือเทียบเท่า
- ไม่มีประสบการณ์ทำงานที่เกี่ยวข้องจำเป็น
- ไม่มีใบอนุญาตหรือการรับรองพิเศษที่ต้องการ
ทักษะที่ต้องการ
- ความสามารถในการใช้ระบบ POS (MICROS) และเครื่องชงกาแฟ
- ทักษะการสื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษที่ชัดเจนและเป็นมืออาชีพ
- ความสามารถในการทำงานเป็นทีมและให้บริการลูกค้าอย่างยอดเยี่ยม
