About the role
The role involves completing opening and closing duties, preparing coffee beverages, handling cash transactions, and maintaining cleanliness in a luxury hotel environment.
Key responsibilities
- Perform opening and closing tasks, set up supplies, clean equipment, and secure the area.
- Take guest orders, record them in the MICROS system, and prepare coffee and food items.
- Operate the cash register system, collect payments, provide change, and reconcile cash at shift end.
- Maintain work areas, clean dishes, utensils, tables, and equipment throughout the shift.
- Ensure appliances are turned on/off as required and bus coffee cart areas and tables.
Required profile
- High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent.
- No prior related work experience required.
- No supervisory experience required.
