B2B Marketing Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a proactive B2B Marketing Specialist to strengthen Cytomate’s market presence, generate demand and support customer engagement for our cybersecurity solutions across Qatar and the GCC. The role reports to the Director of Business Development and works closely with sales, presales, product and technical teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute B2B marketing campaigns aligned with business development and sales objectives.
• Support lead generation, account engagement, market positioning and growth initiatives.
• Create and manage online presence, corporate social media content and website updates.
• Produce marketing collateral such as posts, brochures, presentations, case studies, newsletters and email campaigns.
• Coordinate webinars, conferences, exhibitions, customer events, workshops and partner activities.
• Monitor campaign performance, engagement, lead generation and marketing KPIs.
• Conduct competitor, market and customer research to identify opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field.
• 3–6 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in technology, cybersecurity or professional services.
• Strong understanding of B2B sales funnel, lead generation and account‑based marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic is a strong plus.
• Ability to work directly with senior management and commercial teams.
