B2B Sales & Client Acquisition Executive

About the role

Clarivoc is seeking a motivated B2B Sales & Client Acquisition Executive to expand its client base and forge new business partnerships across Qatar. This field‑oriented position requires a proactive, persuasive professional who can engage decision‑makers and represent the company confidently.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect potential B2B clients throughout Qatar.
• Contact companies via calls, messages, emails, networking and direct visits.
• Arrange and conduct meetings with business owners, managers and decision‑makers.
• Present Clarivoc’s services clearly and professionally.
• Understand client needs and propose suitable solutions.
• Generate new leads and business opportunities and follow up until deals are closed.
• Negotiate commercial terms when required.
• Develop partnerships and collaborations with companies and organisations.
• Build and maintain long‑term relationships with clients.
• Maintain an organised pipeline of leads, meetings and opportunities.
• Report sales activities, client feedback and progress to management.
• Meet agreed sales and client acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Confident, proactive and persuasive communicator.
• Strong interpersonal and relationship‑building skills.
• Self‑motivated, target‑oriented and able to work independently.
• Professional appearance and attitude.
• Excellent English communication; Arabic is a plus.
• Knowledge of the Qatar market and previous B2B sales or business development experience are preferred.
