Banking Business Architect

About the role

The role focuses on shaping private banking and wealth management initiatives, driving digital transformation and delivering business solutions within a leading international bank.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and analyse business requirements, produce BRS/BRDs and user stories.
• Lead stakeholder management and client analytics for wealth management projects.
• Model processes, define digital wealth capabilities and support portfolio advisory initiatives.
• Translate business needs into practical solutions, reporting and performance measurement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Banking, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, IT, Accounting or related field.
• Minimum 7 years experience in private banking, wealth management, investments, business analysis or banking transformation.
• Proven experience in international banking environment and digital transformation projects.
• Strong analytical, planning and decision‑making abilities with high personal integrity.

Required skills

• Excellent oral and written communication in English, including report writing.
• Strong business analysis, requirements gathering, user story creation and stakeholder management.
• Good understanding of private banking, wealth management, investment products and digital wealth services.
• Experience in data analysis, reporting and business performance measurement.
