About the role
The Barista is responsible for preparing and serving high-quality coffee beverages to our guests. This role involves providing excellent customer service, maintaining a clean work area, and ensuring a memorable coffee experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve high-quality coffee beverages.
- Provide excellent customer service to guests.
- Maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Handle cash transactions accurately.
- Keep product knowledge up to date.
- Assist in emergency response or major operational disruptions.
Required profile
- Previous experience as a barista.
- Knowledge of different coffee brewing methods and techniques.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and handle multiple orders.
