About the role
Alfardan Corporation is seeking a skilled Barista to join its high‑end restaurant in Qatar. You will be responsible for preparing and serving premium coffee and tea beverages while ensuring an exceptional guest experience.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve specialty coffee, tea and other beverages to the highest standards, including latte art.
- Maintain a clean, organized workstation and ensure coffee equipment is properly operated.
- Monitor stock levels, assist with inventory control and uphold food safety and hygiene standards.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to deliver a seamless guest experience.
Required profile
- Previous barista experience, preferably in a hotel or high‑end restaurant.
- Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage presentation.
- Excellent communication, customer service skills and a professional appearance.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced environment.
