About the role
Join the world‑largest luxury hotel family as a bartender at InterContinental Doha Beach & Spa. You will create high‑standard drinks and memorable experiences for guests in a sophisticated beachfront setting.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a wide range of drinks to high standards, highlighting promotions.
- Collaborate with restaurant colleagues to ensure seamless food service.
- Set up the bar, manage inventory, and maintain equipment.
- Keep the bar clean, tidy, and secure, including alcohol storage.
- Handle cash and credit transactions accurately.
Required profile
- Knowledge and ability to prepare a wide variety of drinks, preferably with formal bartending training.
- Flexibility to work long nights and weekends.
- Good physical fitness to support bar operations.
- Excellent communication skills with a warm, guest‑focused attitude.
Required skills
- Formal bartending training or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in drink preparation techniques.
