Bartender – Full-time in Doha

About the role

The Bartender mixes and serves beverages quickly and with a friendly attitude, acting as the face of the outlet. The role includes managing liquor security, cash handling and supporting the set‑up and breakdown of the bar.

Key responsibilities

• Offer guests drink recommendations that complement food items.
• Mix and serve alcoholic and non‑alcoholic beverages.
• Complete beverage and general supply requisitions.
• Monitor guests for over‑intoxication and report to management.
• Assist in emergency and security procedures as directed.
• Reset and clean indoor and outdoor areas and perform side duties assigned by the manager.
• Support organization of kitchen items, dry goods, equipment and F&B deliveries.
• Enforce Food & Beverage department policies and procedures.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of bartending experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine and spirits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification preferred.
• Food safety certification (e.g., ServSafe) required.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong multitasking abilities.
