Bellman – Guest Services & Luggage Assistance

About the role

Join Radisson Hotel Group as a Bellman and be the first friendly face guests encounter. You will provide personalized luggage assistance, guide guests to their rooms, and ensure a welcoming atmosphere throughout the hotel lobby and public areas.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly upon arrival and departure.
• Assist with luggage handling, transporting bags safely to and from guest rooms.
• Escort guests to their rooms, explaining hotel facilities and services.
• Maintain a visible, approachable presence in the lobby at all times.
• Support parking services, retrieving and delivering guest vehicles when needed.
• Keep lobby, entrance, and guest areas clean and presentable.
• Coordinate with Front Office and other departments to ensure seamless guest service.
• Handle guest belongings with care and attention to detail.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a 5‑star hotel or luxury hospitality environment is preferred.
• Excellent communication and guest service skills.
• Friendly, professional appearance and well‑groomed.
• Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays.
• Positive “Yes I Can” attitude and strong teamwork orientation.
