Bilingual Content Editor (Arabic/English) – Social Media

About the role

We are looking for a creative, bilingual Content Editor to produce and manage high‑performing digital content across our social platforms. The role blends creative execution with data‑driven optimisation, ensuring content resonates with audiences in Qatar and the wider GCC region.

Key responsibilities

• Create engaging written, visual and short‑form content for Instagram, TikTok, X, Facebook, LinkedIn, Snapchat and emerging platforms.
• Develop captions, scripts, hooks, headlines and post copy in both Arabic and English.
• Capture and produce short‑form videos, reels, stories, interviews and event coverage.
• Support day‑to‑day publishing, maintain content calendars and adapt formats for platform‑specific performance.
• Monitor trends, cultural moments and viral opportunities relevant to the region.
• Analyse performance metrics and apply insights to improve reach, engagement and retention.
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and messages when required.
• Coordinate with designers, editors, videographers and internal stakeholders.
• Assist with minor translation, localisation and on‑ground filming during events.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 3 years of experience in content creation, social media or digital publishing.
• Strong writing and copy‑writing skills for social and editorial formats.
• Good understanding of social media platforms, audience behaviour and short‑form content trends.
• Organised, detail‑oriented and able to meet deadlines.

• CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Canva.
• Basic filming and mobile content capture.
