Bilingual Financial Analyst (Arabic/English)

About the role

We deliver Virtual CFO services to SMEs across Qatar and the GCC using an AI‑assisted automated stack. This position works directly with business owners to interpret financial data and advise on actionable steps.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated analysis across client portfolios and validate it before distribution.
• Produce recurring reporting packs on a monthly, quarterly, and on‑demand basis.
• Analyse financial trends to identify margin erosion, cash pressure, cost drift, and slow collections.
• Meet clients, present their financial position, and recommend practical actions.
• Start alongside a senior advisor and progress to leading independent client meetings.

Required profile

• Degree in accounting, finance, or banking and finance.
• Full professional fluency in Arabic and English, with the ability to present in both languages.
• Comfort presenting to business owners and handling challenging questions without resorting to jargon.
• Curiosity about AI and automation in finance.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; GCC SME experience is a plus.
• Willingness to relocate to Doha, with visa sponsorship provided.
