Billing Accountant – Facility Management

About the role
The Billing Accountant will be responsible for accurate and timely billing of maintenance contracts and progressive project invoices within our integrated facility management operations in Qatar.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and issue periodical AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) invoices.
- Generate progressive billing for contracts and projects.
- Manage supporting documentation and ensure compliance with contract terms.
- Coordinate with operations teams and clients to resolve billing queries.
- Meet monthly billing targets and adhere to strict deadlines.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
- 3‑5 years of experience in billing, preferably within contracting, facility management or service industries.
- Strong commercial understanding of contract terms and conditions.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle high‑volume billing operations.
Required skills
- Experience with ERP accounting systems.
- In-depth knowledge of invoicing, contract billing, and reconciliations.
- Customer coordination and documentation management.
