About the role
The company seeks a senior Business Analyst to lead corporate lending transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and supporting system implementations across credit and loan management processes.
Key responsibilities
- Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, BRS, and user stories for lending projects.
- Analyze and improve end‑to‑end corporate lending and credit processes.
- Support Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) implementation projects.
- Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
- Participate in UAT, stakeholder workshops, and prepare reports and presentations.
Required profile
- 12+ years of experience in corporate banking, lending, or credit analysis.
- Proven track record in lending transformation, process improvement, or system implementation.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Required skills
- BRD/BRS preparation and requirements gathering.
- Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
- Experience with corporate lending and credit processes.
