Business Analyst – Corporate Lending & Transformation

About the role

The company seeks a senior Business Analyst to lead corporate lending transformation initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, preparing documentation, and supporting system implementations across credit and loan management processes.

Key responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements, BRDs, BRS, and user stories for lending projects.
• Analyze and improve end‑to‑end corporate lending and credit processes.
• Support Loan Origination System (LOS) and Loan Management System (LMS) implementation projects.
• Collaborate with Business, Credit, Risk, Operations, and Technology teams.
• Participate in UAT, stakeholder workshops, and prepare reports and presentations.

Required profile

• 12+ years of experience in corporate banking, lending, or credit analysis.
• Proven track record in lending transformation, process improvement, or system implementation.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.

Required skills

• BRD/BRS preparation and requirements gathering.
• Knowledge of Loan Origination Systems (LOS) and Loan Management Systems (LMS).
• Experience with corporate lending and credit processes.
